Poliamore is a safe space to explore non-monogamous relationships with honesty and consent. These rules apply to profiles, photos, messages, plans, places and reviews.
Consent first
- Consent is enthusiastic, informed and can be withdrawn at any time. A "no" or no answer means no.
- Never send intimate photos to someone who did not ask for them, and never share other people’s images or conversations without permission.
- If you have partner(s), be honest about your situation. Ethical non-monogamy means everyone involved agrees.
Respect
- No harassment, insults, threats, pressure or persistence after a rejection.
- No discrimination based on gender identity, orientation, race, origin, religion, disability, body, age or relationship style.
- Respect each person’s pronouns and boundaries.
Authenticity
- Use recent photos of yourself. No impersonation or fake profiles.
- Couple profiles represent two real people who both agree to have the profile.
Adults only
You must be 18 or older. Any content that involves or sexualizes minors leads to immediate account closure and is reported to the authorities.
Read our Child Safety Standards
No sexual services or commerce
- Offering or requesting sex, companionship or sexual content in exchange for money, gifts or other benefits is forbidden.
- Do not promote businesses, paid accounts, cryptocurrencies or investment schemes. Plans may list an informational cost paid at the venue.
Photos
- Public photos may not show nudity, sexual acts, violence, weapons, drugs or minors.
- We review photos with automated tools and our team; some may stay under review before being published.
Plans and places
- Describe plans honestly (approximate location, rules, audience, cost). Exact details are only shared with approved attendees.
- Reviews must be based on real experiences and must not include third parties’ personal data.
How we act
You can report or block anyone from their profile or the chat; we don’t tell them. Depending on severity, we may hide content, warn, temporarily suspend or permanently close the account.
